I am not a morning person. But, two weekends in, I’ve acclimated to getting up at 5:30am and working out. I’m starting to wake up at about 5:25am before my alarm even rings, which is a good thing.
I get in a 7 minute workout and then go for a mile run or I do a 15 minute Mirror workout. Putting the work in and getting it done.
This early morning routine does mean that I have to go to bed early. I try to aim for 9:30pm. Woof!
